Delivery of goods is normally within 2-3 business working days on receipt of your order.
Certain goods may have to be specially ordered into stock. For these goods, delivery may be longer and when you contact the office, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date. Special items ordered for customers cannot be cancelled under any circumstance once the order has been placed.
If an item is temporally out of stock, please contact the office for update on stock.
Note: Goods damaged in Transit must be signed for as “Damaged Goods” on the carrier’s docket. Faulty or missing goods must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Prices on the website are Excluding VAT @ 23%. A vat invoice will always be sent with the order.
Prices are subject to change, without prior notice. Although we do our best to ensure prices are accurate, but reserve the right not to supply an item that is wrongly priced.

To purchase goods outside of Ireland please contact us directly by E-mail with your request and we will advise on costs of shipping.
We offer a 14 day, money back returns policy. Just advise us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days for a full refund. The buyer has to pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Please include your original receipt and send it via a recorded delivery service so nothing is lost in transit (we will not be held liable for returned items that are lost in transit and were not sent via a recorded service).
